Friends and family turned out to support me at the Alan B. Shephard High School craft fair on Saturday December 5. Several other authors were also there. We had a great time and sold a few books. A successful day for all!
My pal Jeanne Meeks (author of Rim to Rim, Wolf Pack, and Gator Bait) and me at the Shepard High School Craft Fair over the weekend.
This is Lydia Ponczak, author of Who’s After Samantha and Reenee on the Run. In between selling books, she posed for this pic holding the award she recently received from the Village of Oak Forest, a crystal microphone, for her years of service to the community as host of the local cable show News & Views. Congrats Lydia!
Several authors turned out to sell books at the fair. From left to right: Evelyn Cullet, Jeanne Meeks, Anna Grobb, Michele E. May, Sue Myers, Lydia Poncazk, Helen Osterman, me, and Helen’s grandson, Garret.
Anna Grob was selling copies of her delightful children’s book, A Coyote Who Wished He Lived In A Zoo.
Helen Osterman not only sold her mystery novels, such as Rogue Wave, she also sold some of her beautiful watercolor paintings.
Helen’s grandson, Garret, is a children’s book author. He was selling copies of Circle and Square.
